Payment & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order and reserve the event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event are eligible for a refund of payments made.

Cancellations made between 5 and 13 days prior to the event are not eligible for a cash refund; however, payments made will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months from the original event date.

Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
